Today's ProvideX Announcement is a result from negotiations between Sage, EDIAS and Mike King since almost 2 years. Effective today, October 8, 2010, ProvideX is back with Mike King, the original author of ProvideX. That is great news. EDIAS and PVXPlus Technologies have teamed up since Mike left Sage and started PVXPlus Technologies back in 2005. EDIAS will continue to distribute both products, ProvideX and PVXPlus throughout the USA and Europe.

We firmly believe that ProvideX is in best hands and look forward to exiting new functionality been added to the product soon.
